While the YS640s is technologically advanced. it’s also incredibly easy to use. To start it. simply load the pellet hopper. power on the grill. . and set it to your desired cooking temperature. The grill will automatically run its ignition program and should reach the desired cooking temperature within 10-20 minutes.
