For added convenience. the Allegro oven offers an optional base that makes it easy to move and self-contained. The base is equipped with four rolling casters for mobility. a bottom shelf for storage. and side shelves for additional convenience. The door features two ergonomic wood handles that also serve as draft controls; opening the door wider increases heat. while closing it down promotes cooler convection cooking.
